just recently bought 4 bottles of lucozade original also had orange bits floating around inside it too in all of them from this shop yesterday for my girlfriend who?s currently ill due to this and only just realised when I got home all four of them was out of date and still sold them in this shop to me they have been out of date since February 2025 already a month out of date and still sold these how disgusting they wouldn?t even refund my money back even though I asked for a refund for the whole 4 bottles dirty shop never coming back here again

Evri parcel machine works 99% of the time! Excellent service. Some of the people who have reviewed previously think that this store is a customer service for your lost parcels. Only evri or your parcel courier can track your parcels if they are lost, stolen or missing.

Hi can someone contact me ASAP, as I dropped off my parcels 3 weeks ago to the owner and it has not been sent out when he said he will send it out. Please contact me ASAP before I make visitations to your store. I?ve called 6 numbers related to you online and none work.

A very odd shop. Pretty handy if you?re walking past, but I?m pretty sure some of the stuff displayed is old enough to possess a driving license.

So many people here showing their frustrations about returned or issues with 3rd party delivery services that offer their services through this shop.
This is not reflective of the customer service or great prices offered in store.
If you're to boycott because of the nonsense reviews posted due to lack of understanding of how returns processes are of previous customers then more fool you. I've been using this branch for over a year and NEVER had an issue. Thank you for such great service from a family run business. An example to be set for others that I've experienced

Lost my parcel and non of them could care less, I spent 20mins twice searching their unorganised collection point.
Tesco next door do evri and keep it behind the till. Use them.
Staff also lied to me first time, they said evri hasn't been even though the collect box was empty and delivery shelves stacked.

Pretty uninformed staff. Tried to use Hermes drop off NO PACKAGE RETURN yet the staff kept telling me they can?t accept the return unless I?ve packaged it.\\n\\nGenuinely ridiculous they don?t even know what return services they?re meant to offer and I can see I?m not the only one whose had problem returning packages here.

staff are amazing friendly team always shelves are stocked and cheap and local prices with local product being sold highly recommend visiting this shop
