Pretty uninformed staff. Tried to use Hermes drop off NO PACKAGE RETURN yet the staff kept telling me they can?t accept the return unless I?ve packaged it.\\n\\nGenuinely ridiculous they don?t even know what return services they?re meant to offer and I can see I?m not the only one whose had problem returning packages here.

staff are amazing friendly team always shelves are stocked and cheap and local prices with local product being sold highly recommend visiting this shop

Hello COSTCUTERFrom a loyal regular customer COSTCUTER has a wonderfully variety of products from vapes to Shisha pipes from Food to sun glasses, headphones to shampoo, everything reasonably priced. I enjoy shopping there knowing ile be able to what I'm after.

Rude staff, absurd prices. They also don't accept UPS drop-offs, regardless of what the UPS/Amazon websites say. I tried to drop off a return twice - the first time they said I had to come back another day, the second time they said they don't accept UPS returns.

Despite being registered as an UPS return store, this store does not allow you to return UPS packages, as they don?t have a printer. Ridiculous.

I love this costcutter it gives you much value for money and definitely has to give Tesco express next door to it a run for their money with the prices of the products generally being cheaper at Costcutter!!! It offers many services from paying your rent to heating ur house to posting a parcel! This shop sums up the meaning of convenience and doesn?t leave you broke like most! Would be well helpful if they had a phone number to contact them on. They should add it to the website
