It's amazing how consistently this Costa store can get a drinks order wrong. The order only has to be shared to a colleague 1 metre away and yet, everytime, wrong milk, wrong size etc. You have to watch them like a hawk and they get frustrated when you point out they've used the wrong milk - like you're the one in the wrong! You just paid £4.90 for a coffee - you want what you asked and paid for! Staff with attitude.

Nice little Costa in Flackwell, staff are polite and friendly, parking is always OK on the streets around. Usual prices etc.

Service fantastic.Nice and cosy cafe with inside and outside seating. Been going here a bit and Jonathon remembers my order every time. All the staff are really lovely, especially noticeable when Costas can be a bit faceless sometimes.

Absolutely amazing customer service, employees are friendly and polite. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes, although I got a flat white. Would definitely go again :)

Lovely atmosphere. 5 people in front of me in the queue but still served within minutes.Toasties was spot on and hot choc perfect.Served by Charlotte who was so sweet and polite. Keep it up!

Always good, not to happy with the increasing 8 to 10 cups before you get a free coffee, false saving I think as will impact customer foot fall

Rudest manager ! The cafe was very quiet and the manager wouldn?t allow one of the staff to bring my drink and pastry to my table. He told my friend, his colleague and myself that I had to wait at the counter. He certainly doesn?t consider disabilities or customer service. Sooo rude!

Same old same old ....my lovely loved the blueberry frappe though....my self... well same old same old... at least it wasn't the only takeaway cup, no dishwasher, chocolate flake...oh they've stopped them....marshmallows...take out only...the dogs eat my homework short of Costa... staff excellent I have to say.
