I would love to at least once see the staff at the Costa -next happy or smiling
This shop it?s just a little joke
Staff rude never happy no smile at all
Today I went there with my little son
There was nothing on the shelf?s
No pastries no muffins
When I asked for some festive syrup into my coffee I been told that I will not get one because they use them for the signature drinks
I wanted to pay extra obviously but I been refused to have one with the comment that in this store they work properly
So I?m asking if you do why you don?t follow the company rules and don?t provide the right service? Why there where no 99% times available?
Also a bit the cleanliness rules were violated by the lady in a cap, jacket and backpack serving people

Just popped in for a takeaway coffee - didn?t eat this time but when I do it?s usually good. Very busy and only 2 staff on?. Took a bit longer than usual but still great coffee
Parking: On the upper level of the car park you can access Costas directly (rather than going through the shop) there is disabled parking as well as general parking available (on both levels)

Need a Coffee rather than a beer then a quick stop here. Plenty of shops near by for you to wander about which is the next to try.

The Next Costa in Wycombe is a regular for me. The staff are always accomodating and they even know my order. I always look forward to my breakfast every week.

As always a great stop for a break from shopping or socialising !! Good spread of ready made sandwitches/toasties cakes, staff very efficient, no real waiting time either...GO COSTA !!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doorway access, plenty of room for disabled people not in wheelchairs as well...

Always extremely busy, I must say the staff are wonderful, but the manager in charge that day was extremely rude towards a member of her own staff, laughing at them and humiliated them in front of customers. Very sad and awful to witness, very bullish behaviour, especially as the staff member concerned was polite and went over and beyond to meet my needs? really NOT how a manager should conduct themselves. Very disappointing.

Food and drink ok if a bit pricey.
Atmosphere pretty poor.

Service was quick and the staff were friendly. Plenty of tables but quite a few being used as remote desks which limited the available seating options. This is unfortunate as we don't choose to eat in an office!
Parking: Plenty of parking even blue badge spaces. Level access with no steps.
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and polite
Wheelchair accessibility: Level access, space is a bit tight in places making it difficult.
