The service I had from Navinder was superb this morning. He spent time advising me on the best options for solving my computer issues with honest information, not at all influenced by his need to recruit customers for his business, which clearly demonstrates his focus on what is best for the customer. I would completely trust them with any issue in the future.The service offered is excellent, with a free evaluation and pick up / drop off your computer directly from your home.

Of course problems started at a weekend - my emergency meant old laptop had died and new tablet needed setting up very very quickly. Dave understood my problem (technical) and angst (personal) and helped set up the new bit of kit but also resurrected my old one too. My own sanity restored. I have recommended CAD to several people now and I will continue to seek their help and support - hopefully not too frequently. If you are technically illiterate like me, then you need the expertise of this team ! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Had a MBA brick itself due to an application incompatibility with the latest OS update. CAD were able to recover all the data and bring the device up-to-date. We've had two devices on MacOS do this now and CAD have come to the rescue each time. They were great at keeping me up to date with progress and charges a fixed fee which was very modest for the time it consumed.Thanks so much, would recommend any issues with MacOS.

iMac upgrade - Really happy with the work carried out. My iMac was getting painfully slow. CAD did an upgrade that sorted out the issue. My iMac is as good as new now. Excellent communication, reliable and timely service. Highly recommended.

Superb professional experience- sorted out over phone my difficulties in attending at the precise time -they were able to accommodate my needs around my schedule- very grateful. The iPhone battery was good value and did exactly what we hoped - my daughter could instantly tell her new battery was working perfectly and it no longer rapidly loses charge.Thank you we will use you again in future repairs.

Great service received each time I have booked in my apple devices for repair. The staff are very friendly and happy to help. Great communication throughout, I was kept informed on the progress of my repair. Would definitely recommend visiting here (and avoid Stormfront Windsor if Apple related!)

My wife left her Mac Book for a quotation on getting fixed and the quote was too much. The battery was in perfect working order prior and because she refused to have it repaired there picked it up. Now the Mac Book is completely dead. At least it was functioning before it was given, but now it's completely useless. The have since been in touch, so resolution next week. Thanks.

Great Service. John Lewis and Apple were going to charge me (£500) for my mac screen that they said was damaged by me. CAD found that there was a fault in the screen and carried out the work under warranty....awesome!

Disgraceful service. I called them after they had my Apple watch for several weeks folowing a John Lewis warranty repair. The advisor I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional (they actually hung up on me when I told them the service was unaceptable). This should have been a clean-cut replacement and instead they have dragged it out, failed to update me and left me without my device for weeks. I will be submitting a formal complaint to John Lewis - they really shouldn't be using sub -standard suppliers who tarnish their reputation.
