Co-op Hazlemere is a going joke locally, the staff are utterly miserable and indifferent. Today i went there for the last time, the woman on the counter with the short grey hair overcharged me, then became unbelievably rude after i corrected her. Co-op need to up their game, this place is literally a joke.

This shop has really gone down hill.
Range of food is lacking, and pricing is ridiculously high. I am aware that this is a small 'local' shop, but even taking that into consideration the prices are expensive.
The staff can be rude and indifferent.
The co op loyalty card that I have had for years really does not compare to other companies. I have only ever had one co op loyalty card and recieved some money vouchers....this store failed to honour them. Absolutely disgusting, I will not shop here again...

Went to the cigarette counter with two bottles of pop and a loaf of bread because I needed vape juice. Old woman on the counter asked me to go to the normal tills as she didn?t have space ?for all that?? rude and discourteous.

Revised review in light of my last visits. I don't know what's happened to this store the staff were rude, indifferent to my disabilities, miserable and unhelpful. I'm now using the local Spar or shop online (which I struggle with, but it's better than putting up with the appalling service)

You just can't beat coop plastic cheese for burgers and hot dogs.
Now has 3 dedicated freezers for Cook ready meals.
Ludicrously overpriced in my opinion but there you go.
£3.50 for a single chocolate orange? Seriously?

Bought frozen Meat Free sausages, they had frost all over them inside the pack and then when I cooked them they were swimming in water. Clearly been defrosted and refrozen.
