To the young kid with glasses serving behind the checkout early afternoon, basic customer service includes looking up and just basic acknowledgement. You don't have to say much ( not that you even done that). You were obviously having a bad day but you certainly made your feelings felt to the que of people who were just going about there day.
You are representing a brand as well as yourself young trooper.

Staff always lovely and helpful, they always have offers on and recently gave my daughter a free Frozen balloon leftover from the displays :)
