Came into Clark's today expecting another 2 hour faff with my son, but came out within 30 minutes! Nick dealt exceptionally well with my autistic 7 year old, engaging with him and making him laugh. I totally recommend Clark's if your children have Autism as they are very friendly!

Be smart and do not buy from Clarks for the following reasons:
1- Bad quality
2- Sales overpriced.
3- Not friendly staff especially the supervisor called Sophie to say the least.
In less than 24 hours, I?ve returned 2 pairs of shoes due to Clarks fault. However, Ive paid the fare bus transportation 12 pounds to reach the store.
The supervisor refused to pay the cost of transportation although its Clarks fault due to bad quality.
She never said sorry for Clarks fault.
Now Clarks, I don?t need your sorry, what I want is the cost of transportation because it?s your mistake.
Final advise for customers:
Be smart, you have another options with much better quality and positive attitude towards the customers. Moreover, you can save your money.

Had the best experience I've ever had in Clarks today. The Sales Advisor, Amani, was fantastic. She really cared about finding the right shoes for my 8 year old daughter and was so thorough in checking everything. She was kind, friendly a pleasure to deal with.

Love the quality and the brand however this store has very poor customer service, the first person we spoke to wasn't even interested in helping us. Second one was OK. No Internet reception at all in there had to go outside.

Not disability friendly! Having a disability I?m unable to stand for more than a minute or so. Come to Clarks to get my 5 year olds feet measured with my newborn. There was a 25 minute wait, fair enough, we went to sit elsewhere and came back. Came back to be told there?s still a 15 minute wait so I sat down at one of the many seats to wait our turn. There were lots of the foot measuring things by the seats so we decided to measure her feet to save time, only to be told by the staff we aren?t allowed to use it and had to wait for a member of staff. Again, bit frustrating with a newborn to keep waiting but okay. I?m then told by I?m not allowed to sit on the chairs as they were for the kids trying on shoes, despite there being at least 3 other empty seats. I said I have a disability and can?t stand, to which I was told to walk to the other end of the shop to find a chair and carry it back, as if I could do that with a disability! In the end I had to sit at the other end of the shop and be excluded from the experience of getting my daughters feet measured and was made to feel like I wasn?t welcome and my disability was causing issues, like it?s something I chose!

Needed to buy some shoes which we found online... Would have been 7 working days to order them to my local branch which was a small store and didn't stick them, but the server went above and beyond to show me which stores stocked the shoes I was after in the size I wanted. So I travelled to high Wycombe branch who found them straight away and was a straightforward transaction. Thank you. The shops are always very clean service can be slow but it was worth waiting for.

It was an exceptionally busy bank holiday Monday afternoon with only two staff members on duty. We waited patiently to have our daughter's feet measured, aware that there was a family of four ahead of us. Once that family was taken care of, however, the staff seemed to vanish. As more customers arrived, we continued to wait, but when the staff finally reappeared, it felt as if we were invisible. Other customers, seemingly oblivious to the queue, cut in by being the loudest. One customer demanded to see all the baby shoes in a specific size, claiming they had a friend who could get a discount, which caused complete chaos. The staff seemed to lose control of the situation.
We waited for half an hour before finally complaining. Only then did the staff attend to us, but even though the foot measurement took only two minutes, there was no follow-up to ask if we were interested in purchasing shoes. We were essentially lost in the growing crowd of frustrated customers. Although we value Clarks shoes for their high quality, this store's understaffing and poor management leave much to be desired.

Incompetent staff, there were 3 people and none of them bothered to advise me what to buy for a one-year-old child who is about to take his first steps! All three were talking and felt disturbed if I asked for advice! I will never return to this store! I think you should train them about customer service! there was no customer in the store!

Terrible service. By ginger girl with glasses. Daughters size was out of stock ,asked what the nearest branch was. I asked if she could call to reserve and she said she cannot. Wastes my time, very slow

The staff in High Wycombe store don?t deserve it even one star. Absolutely desperate for retraining, extremely rude and unhelpful. Went to the store with damaged item with proof of purchase within the 3 months of the purchase. They refused to exchange the item for me and were absolutely rude and terrible to my face.I?m well aware of my rights as per Clark?s policies. The girl who was extremely rude to us refused to help was called Sana.

I was visiting the area and needed some new work shoes a couple of weeks ago. Sana your assistant was so helpful, pleasant and professional. She really is an asset to your company.
