Came in, ordered straight away. Waited 30 mins for my order, whilst watching them serve everyone around me. Once I was the only person left in the shop they asked my what I ordered and claimed it had been called ?20 minutes ago? which it hadn?t. Accepted what they had said, walked up to the front, only for them to tell me it wasn?t ready ?????? Very rude and not nice to customers tbh

I got a mountain burger meal which was awful.
The burger bun was not cooked it was cold
The chicken burger was stale, dry and stringy. Was not edible
There was no sauce in the burger which made it even more dry.
Will never come back

it was so dirty none of the workers had any uniform on. They was wearing their own clothes. They didn't wash their hands. They clearly didn't care about the food preparation. they had coats on in the shop it was so dirty again It was greasy and overpriced the other chicken cottages I've been to and I've been often Which by the way is Langley and it's brilliant will not go here again and I hope no one else goes not recommend and if you go your best be prepared to sit on the toilet for the next three days.

Today the order was not crunchy at all, full of oil and soft and not tasty. We asked for sauce and it did not come and nothing came with the order. Even the potatoes were not tasty and the order took a long time to arrive. Our trust in you has been shaken after we recommended you and praised you. Why did you do this to us?

Very reasonable but good quality and quantity food. Very clean, cafe like friendly atmosphere adds to the pleasure of taking food from here. We have eaten here quite a few times and never been disappointed.

I truly reccommend a whole chicken if tou are dining with a a family of 3 or 4 and the spice is quite accurate with the chicken and £12 for the whole chicken,drink and chips.
The service was awsome as our meal came in 10min.
This place is a place we usually go if we want to eat in high wycombe and it serves top quality.

Terrible service. When you order they don?t listen and keep talking with each other. Give the wrong receipt. Bring the wrong order. Terrible.

My recent visit to Chicken Cottage was extremely disappointing. The food hygiene was appalling, making the place feel like a biohazard. The conditions were so poor that it should be shut down immediately. It's baffling that the council allows them to operate under such unsanitary conditions. Avoid this place at all costs.
