Had been looking for the Matrix on Blu Ray of Dvd for some time. Got it for £1.50 and by the time I persuaded my kids to watch it found it doesn't work. Took some time initially to get it going, then got 20 mins in and the sound cut out and then would restart.

I am really disgusted with the service I have received from high Wycombe branch. I took 7 items in to store on Sunday and they were checked over and I was quoted £97 which they said they would bank transfer to me as they had not got time to test them all but was told should not be a problem as they were all switched on and set back to factory settings. Two members of staff looked over them.Today (Tuesday) I was called to say that the price had decreased to £37! as 3 of the items were damaged. These could only have been damaged in the store as none of them were damaged before. One of the items was virtually brand new and in the box! I find it very suspicious that the most expensive item I took in was suddenly damaged.I feel totally deceived. If I had known that they would be damaged I would not have left the store but the manager said she would not be able to process them until after the weekend.I suggest you take photos of any items you leave in store as proof of condition.I will never use CEX again. No response from their Customer ServiceUpdateThanks for your reply but after the initial response from your colleague I have not heard anything further. Guess that's the end of my complaint ? I even sent proof of one device that was refused for not charging clearly charged and not losing power.Staff clearly lying! Just didn't want to pay out!

Fantastic, I came in to get some replacement game cases for 360 games that broke when I moved into my flat. Found the cheapest game and tried to buy them, when the blonde lady at the counter asked why I had 4 copies of the same game, I explained and she was so helpful, I wish I got a name for the review, many thanks

A very nice store, with a really nice set of staff who are all very professional and courteous, who went above and beyond their job too help me, through a mini phone crisis, as they have in the past, so thanks too you all! especially nikki, Jacob and Emma.. it won't be forgotten & massively appreciated xSo on that note I would highly! Recommend this store.

today i went in to sell some items, the staff were like we can trade it in for £42 pounds and said come back in 20 mins because we are going to test them, so i came back after they said 10 more minutes i was waiting and one of the staff saw us and they got our items tested and just wasted our time by just doing other stuff and not clearing one task, after all that about an hour they said we can only trade in for £20, like dont say a price before you test something and completely change it at last minute, should test the items before saying a trade in price, and wait time is horrible just get something done clearly can see we are waiting and your just doing other stuff, otherwise one of the staff this lady was nice and did our stuff was polite, please sort this out and be more prepared and get tasked done.
