Can?t recommend the cex staff enough at the Wycombe branch.
Ive been buying from them for years and they are so helpful and friendly. Today I brought my second iPad from them, most of my electronics I get from them now as they are a great price and great quality. The team let me look at the ones I was after and checked the Apple Pencil worked with the I pad I wanted to make sure it worked.
Out of all the other cex shops I?ve been too they are the best. The variety is great and they constantly have new stuff. Thank you to the guys at cex!

As an ex-employee and a shopper, I do love CeX. The prices are decent and it?s always my go-to whenever I need to sell something. It does get fairly busy every now and then so just be aware that you could be waiting for a little bit but never longer than 10 minutes in my opinion. But I do enjoy a cheeky trip to CeX - I get most of my DVDs from here as they?re very cheap and can get quite a lot for the price!
Would recommend coming here if you?re a game, dvd or electronics lover! The staff are very lovely as well and do their job well!

Staff always busy doing something else

Visited the store today and saw it has had a nice upgrade. The products are priced fairly and they have a wide variety. As I was about to ask to see a Samsung S24 in the window, I noticed that one staff member was staring at me, consistently, at one end of the tills. For whatever reason, they kept doing it as if they were eyeing me up for a fight. I decided I wasn't going to buy that £900 phone I was looking at and went elsewhere. Really weird experience.
Never found out what that staff member's issue was, but if they are judging people on their looks and appearances then CEX has fallen on hard times picking staff considering how inclusive they used to be.

Nice electronics shop! bought lots of things here in the past! Only issue is some games can be a bit dirty, and I asked to look at a pair of "A Grade" Google pixel buds and they were full of earwax! As a former employee at this company (at a different store) I know this is not the standard of quality CEX should be providing as A Grade items should be near pristine/new quality... Not full of other people's earwax.
