The office staff are superb, 1st class?. I?d give 5 stars and I?ve held off writing this review in all fairness due to order information not been read. I prefer DPD as a delivery partner as they come early as we have many deliveries via them. So I always put in the notes, please use DPD, no, warehouse don?t read the notes and send by DHL meaning staff have to be paid often an extra 5 hours to wait for a 7pm delivery via DHL. I?ve flagged this with staff who have flagged it with a director (so I?m told) to read order notes. My last 3 orders I?ve not rang the office after ordering to prompt them to tell the warehouse to see if the instructions would be read. They haven?t been. I?ve ordered today, just had a notification from DHL. Such a shame that the office staff get let down by the warehouse

I have been getting my disposable wares from Cater For You for around 10 years now.
I have always found the service impeccable. All the staff, but particularly Kate, cannot do enough to help.
Advice is always available and samples offered so that I can be sure I am choosing the correct items.
My orders are always promptly dispatched and last minute collections always happily accommodated.
The items that I buy are always of the highest quality and ethically and environmentally sourced.
I can't recommend them enough.. Thank you Cater For You.

Ordered two sizes of takeaway style plastic containers for home use. One size didn`t have lids - I reported this (only found out 10 days after delivery) and a new replacement set sent out immediately with no quibble. Can`t get any better service, brilliant. Thank you.

Purchased sandwich cartons which do not keep sandwiches fresh for even a few hours. I asked to return them to replace with another product and this was refused. I was offered a 5% reduction on my next purchase.
