Currently 1* as we can never speak to anyone on the phone, and when leaving my name and number on the answer machine, we never get the call back. I've ordered carpet for my stairs and landing and I'm yet to be given any information as to when it'll arrive.

I've been thinking about changing the carpet in one of my bedrooms and have visited a number of stores recently. My experiences have varied drastically, from sales people smothering me with attention to others treating me like I'm invisible. That all changed when I visited Carpetright! The lady who approached me was very helpful and gave me the perfect amount of space so I felt no pressure in making up my mind. The store was very tidy as well, which I like. A first rate experience and the carpet looks great.

Haleem, the assistant manager, helped find the perfect carpet for my re-decoration of my room and stayed past closing to finalise the deal for us. Great customer service, would reccommend.

We have had a great experience purchasing a lovely wool carpet for our loft extension and box room at Carpetright High Wycombe. Zishan walked us through different underlay options and was very patient as we changed our mind on which rooms we actually wanted to have done. Hopefully we get the carpet fitted 2 weeks before Christmas!

A fantastic store. Shani, the store manager goes above and beyond and has helped me with several flooring issues we experienced with our home renovation. Her communication is excellent and she will find the answer to help you out. I have called several times to change fitting dates and to have quicker fitting for some of the rooms and she has spent time with me to help. It is rare to find an individual with so much time for their customers. The fitters are also excellent. Thank you!
