Went for breakfast, no fruits on breakfast menu, waited one hour for food to be served, poached eggs HARD, scrambled eggs looked more like an omelette mashed up, halloumi flavourless.
Worst experience ever for service and food. Never again.

Food is of high quality. Sautéed potatoes is so delicious. Waitresses are very nice. Sitting outside at a time there are busking outside so it?s a very enjoyable time here

Very nice place for Sunday lunch, covered outdoor seating in pedestrian area, very good food, very friendly and efficient waitresses, food came quickly, strongly recommend.

The new name of this local is LA TOSCANA,just in case trouble finding it ?
Lovely staff kind,polite,paying attention of everything, service can spead up,but food worth waiting.

What a shame about this Restaurant.The food is excellent but the service is appalling. We had to ask for menus, drinks menu, desert menus, to have our orders taken. Drinks came but no requested glass of water?then it was hard to find someone to ask for it. There was one other table inside taken. What should have been a nice Monday lunch for 5 of us was very disappointing.

We were the first to arrive but somehow the last to be served. The wait was extremely long, and several menu items were unavailable. When the food finally came, it didn?t match the menu description, and one of the dishes was completely wrong?we didn?t even bother mentioning it anymore. Overall, poor service, long delays, and misleading menu. Would not recommend.

Service here of late is terrible.Twice we waited to be served outside. First tme we were asked to wait,and then the waitress did not bother giving us a menu or coming back to serve us!On the second occasion there was noone in sight after waiting, so we got a coffee elsewhere.Such a pity as there a good outdoor seating area and the coffee is usually good.We will not be returning-management-what is happening??!

been here quite a few times and unfortunately the service has gone down over the years the waiters are a very hit and miss situation the new lad was great but some of the other once?s keep miss understanding or forgetting items in our order,
i think it?s the problem is with the owners and management

I really wanted to be able to rate this place positively but unfortunately it was terrible. The first time we booked for 5pm on a Wednesday evening and when we turned up it was closed.
I went ina couple of days later and spoke to one of the owners who were lovely. He explained that his co owner had taken the booking but had forgotten to pass on the message and asked me to come back another day so that I could review the restaurant properly.
Me and my partner went there for lunch on a Sunday. The staff didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing. We were given a menu (which was dirty) and then left for about 15 minutes before anyone took our order. We had to ask for the set menu and the waitress seemed quite put out by this.
We ordered starters, bruchetta and sautéed mushrooms and then waited 45 minutes for them to come. I asked the waitress what was happening and she replied sorry we're very busy today (there were literally 10 tables to wait on a 3 servers). When the food came it was terrible and certainly not worth the wait. The bruchetta bread was burnt and stale and the mushrooms had absolutely no flavour. We asked the waitress for our drinks bill and told them we were leaving. She asked us to allow them to make it again but after already being there for an hour we declined.

Worst dining experience in Uk, emphatic and unprofessional owners not only bad experience with food but also rude and disrespectful behaviour of owners towards the staff, i saw from my experience petty staff.

Was here recently and staff have zero idea what they are doing, forgot our orders and had to keep asking for them, when going to pay the bill the head waitress was screaming at the other staff Very aggressively making it very awkward and horrible to watch went back yesterday to try again and it was even worse, no staff in sight, menus thrown everywhere, was ignored for 15mins so just decided to leave, honestly avoid this place specially from all the rumours about staff being treated horribly and seeing it first hand and the owner being racist just avoid
