Always my go-to place for building supplies. I?m not a builder so needed some advice on a project. They gave me great advice.
Then I needed some help getting my long lengths of wood home. Again they came through with help. Amazing service.
Great team at this store.

Shame I cannot leave zero stars. Avoid at all costs. I?ve had an account with buildbase for many many years going back to 2011 but since they changed to Huws Gray things have really gone downhill very quickly. Colin was ok but their new Manager is shocking and very rude and hung up on me when I was trying to order materials - as a customer with an account I have NEVER been treated so badly. Go to Lords or any other local building merchant - this new Huws Gray Manager does not deserve any business from local Builders - despicable service..
