Absolutely worst hotel I stayed in. The staff are extremely rude. Looked at us like dirt, spoke to us like dirt. The rooms are fine but they need to employ cleaners that aren't blind. Told us to check out before the actual checkout time. I will never return there. Disgraceful place.

Booked last minute. Staff very kind and helpful. Safe , free parking at the rear behind a closed barrier. Everything was new in the room we stayed in. The bathroom also meticulous. It was so lovely and warm in our room we hardly needed a quilt.Thank u to the lovely guy on the door.

Things went missing from my room when IStayed the staff are very rude please be careful around these people and when I asked to view the camera miraculously the cameras weren?t working They are definitely thieves. Never stay

A hotel from hell which is swarming in parasites and the owner keeps us in slum conditions whilst charging over 600 pounds per week per person and we live in fear of eviction without notice if we say something about the corruption that involves bucks and Brent

Decent for long stays. I was at the guest house, it's like shared accommodation with an en suite room. Also a fully fitted kitchen available

Visited someone in the council b&b run by this hotel , omg it was shocking! The kitchen that they share was disgusting , and the rooms werent any better either!!! They have a cleaner that "apparently " cleans the rooms but the floors are filthy along with everything else in the room . And the council pay for that omg !

Awful place and staff.Checked in for 3 nights, got into the room but had an emergency so had to check-out THREE hours into the stay. I explained the situation to the members of staff and manager, received no empathy or understanding. Was told no refund, no credit nor any vouchers for this.Abrupt manager, wouldn't understand the situation and was told that it is not a problem of his.

Friendly gentleman called Ivan at reception who is very welcoming, polite and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms and a very reasonable price with secure parking. Thoroughly recommend.

Great, convenient budget hotel for a quick stay. Slightly outside the town centre, so it isn't a short casual walk back. Decently clean, and tidy. The stairs aren't perfect, but it's a home conversion, so that is rather expected
