Daughter turned away, suffering from an awful UTI, but Pharamist was more concerned about closing the store on time, not helping her. Zero sympathy. Zero Customer Service. Went to Q Pharmacy, saw someone who did the consultation and dispensed antibiotics within 11 minutes. Just proves that if you want to help someone, you will always find the time!

Customers in before me were sent away because they didn't have the medication in stock, then I presented my prescription and a very abrupt lady said they didn't have what I wanted and was not interested in helping me. I went to holmergreen pharmacy they didn't have what I wanted but phoned 3 other chemists, still no luck but at least they tried to help.

Only two stars as I was horrified to see a member of staff thumbing through prescriptions and licking her finger, many times, to seperate them, then handling goods on the counter.

Couple of times now, turned up to collect prescription and they've been closed. Sign on door says "time opening unknown"!!! Not very helpful.
