“I always have the most amazing experience in this Waterstones thanks to the staff! All members of staff are so friendly and talkative but especially a younger person, short hair and glasses (I don’t know their name), who always has a book recommendation when I can’t pick one and she is always so attentive to every customer I see her with. Customer service is really what makes a Waterstones experience and this staff member always does the best job at it!
If you’re in Eden shopping centre and you’re a reader, I will never not recommend this Waterstones store.”
