Paul at the High Wycombe branch was SO helpful. He patiently took his time to help us find the perfect bed for our first home. Would thoroughly recommend the branch especially if Paul is there.

The Assistant Manager was absolutely brilliant. He was non bias, which is a rear quality, and spoke honestly about the pros and cons of the beds and mattresses. Overall, we were given thorough information for us to select the ideal bed and mattress. We look forward to receiving the items.

Bed arrived just as ordered.
No issues with the product but the older delivery guy was damn right rude and obtrusive! Moaned about having to collect the old bed and having to unclip two clips from the divan!?
Was also very rude and demeaning to his younger colleague.
But delivery was on time and had good communication beforehand.

Im IN LOVE with my new bed!!! I'll be honest i thought the bed was really ugly online so I didn't pay it any attention. I went instore to look at mattresses and saw the bed and my mind was completely changed. I think the pictures need to be better on the website

We went in and saw Paul who was absolutely amazing and so helpful. We brought a bed for my son which I think price was is really good. The rest of the staff was so friendly as well. Definitely be back to purchase another bed.
