I knew what I wanted/needed, but had no idea of what it was called, I asked a member of staff who kinda knew as much as I did, to be fair it wasn't a section she was familiar with, but knew a man that did:) Steve listened to my explanation, did a Google search of random words and found my item, didn't sell it in store but I was able to order it online, free postage for a very cheap item. Many thanks to Steve and the 1st lady that helped..!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I brought 25 pound worth of goods and refund is 24.99
And just wanted to go to my car to get a penny to prevent getting all the change and the girl said it doesn?t work that way..OMG rude Apri should get a pay rise ??

Best retail customer service I?ve ever had. Didn?t have a receipt. Confirmed the total order value and time and card order was made on and they refunded me - without any winging or faff! Couldn?t believe it!

Big store set across 2 floors,it has a pretty garden centre at the back of the store.

It's orange there is a big b and a big Q. Next to a Halfords which is also orange
Carpark is a bit busy because it shares an entry road with a Lidl or Aldi can't remember which bit it's not orange. Also a Screwfix and a car wash place.
Sells what I need. But the use auto tills and there aren't many staff to help at tools.

The bathroom area has a good layout and is very easy to navigate, makes choosing stuff right the first time a lot easier. Stock however, is somewhat sparse considering the store size.

Bought a door from slough B and Q but it was wrong door and went to high Wycombe branch and manager Naveed refused to take although it was complete new and sealed .
I did not even touch .
I even requested to have store credit or anything to save my driving this horrible weather.
He was not even polite and poor customer services.
I have been doing shopping this high Wycombe start last 10 years , never had this kind of attitude from other managers .

The staff were incredibly unhelpful and down right rude I went to buy bed bug spray and I was told I needed to be 25 so I called my dad to come in and buy it but they refused service honestly with no reasoning other than it is their policy. Horrible experience but there was a nice staff member who told me where the spray was located. The till staff seriously need some customer management training and to understand what it is their selling.

A decently sized store. Car park can be very busy and quite slow to exit when busy.
