Paid for two different boxes of frozen fish and was charged £9.96 but they should have totalled £5.80. I pointed this out to an assistant who accompanied me back to the freezer department to check the price and he confirmed that I had been charged the wrong price and I was then sent to queue at customers services to sort it out. After queuing for some time, I was refunded the difference of £4.16 but I could easily have left without checking the prices. I only purchased three items. Had I done a big shop, I?m sure I wouldn?t have noticed. It makes me wonder how many times I have paid the wrong price in the past, as I don?t always check so carefully.

It's a superstore with a phamacy and halal butcher. Lots of parking and we would go there again.

This review is for Brian who works on the click and collect department. He's always prompt on coming out to vehicles, with a friendly demeanor and a big smile on his face every time, no matter the weather! He remembers everyone's names, and is efficient with his work. An absolute credit to the store!

Brian is absolutely amazing ! Every weekend my collections are swift and easy. He is on the ball and ensures we are happy when we arrive and leave ! The one weekend he wasn't here the ship was beginning to sink without him ! Thank you Brian !

Have been ordering weekly delivers for 5 years. Recently, they claimed they had delivered our shopping but never did. Never accepted fault, despite multiple calls and ultimately I had to pay for something that didn't arrive. Nobody is interested in resolving this for me. They simply insist the shopping was delivered. I am now shopping with Sainsburys.

They use parking eye for the carpark. Partner waited 22 mins for store to open but had to leave before 10. Had to pay 60 charge for waiting in the car park. Absolute joke.

He find some Asian halal things for me
And I'm looking for elastic for my kid he help me to find for me
Good place to shop. Shelves always well stocked and great variety.
I suggest to shop here because This was my first time in asda

Petrol pump did not print my receipt. Took £99 off the bat and apparently the balance will come back into my account 'soon'. Had to go into the store to ask for a receipt, waited more than 10min to get someone to print it. Pathetic service, will never come back.

The self service, checkout monitor was SHOCKING!
We ALL know, these things are temperamental, at best.
Standing, holding carrier bags and staring straight between both rows of checkouts, into space, while the red assistance lights flashed.
Then, after waving him over and him
returning to the same spot, again staring blankly straight between the checkouts.
Whilst at least 3 other assistance lights, continued flashing, before he was signalled.
I understand it's a tedious job, but doesn't time pass faster, when you're engaged in something.
ASDA, take them away and put people back there.

They always put the slowest staff on self service especially the old man with the glasses he takes 5 buissnes days to even notice you're there

They have everything shopping related here. Big variety of items. Easy to park, and even if the store is busy, it never feels crowded.
