I had to visit this store twice to find out later that my click and collect parcel is missing and the staff simply did not give a damn to get it resolved. The worst I have ever experienced. Avoid.

I brought a freeview box quickly and efficiently. Justin was extremely helpful with the sale and gave me good advice. I had to return the box due to not needing it with my TV having freeview, however at the start of next year i will be in the need for a new TV with freeview and will definitely look to buy from you because of the great service.

Update * called again today 03/03/22 & spoke to the actual manager, he apologised & correctly explained the procedure for break down cover. He seemed to know what's what & was very polite & helpful. For that I will add 2 stars.Would give no stars if I could. Had a faulty baby camera & needed to do insurance claim. It was a breakdown cover so I called the number & got through to an indian call centre who said they don't deal with it & put me through to argos customer services who didn't answer.I then called high wycombe store & spoke to the supervisor who claimed he was the manager, he said I could do the replacement on breakdown cover in store he said that they had no stock & to go to the Chesham store as they had stock.After a half an hr journey to the Chesham store, I was told they couldn't do it & I had to call them up. None of them knew what they were doing & had to keep asking eachother. Waste of my petrol & time.Terrible service, makes me not want to ever get break down cover & never shop here again. Useless staff who aren't trained properly.Sort it out argos.

Ordered item never delivered. Staff rude and less than helpful, just read the other reviews!Easy to see why the high street is failing, Argos won't be around for long, a shame their own employees are so shortsighted to not understand the impact of their behaviour. I definitely will not be ordering from Argos again unless absolutely required, pity, as a child uo until now, this has been my go to for all things electronic.Sort it out mate

I was trying to order walki talki, but my gift card was not accepted by online store to complete transaction, I was constantly ask for details of my credit/debit card which is irrelevant if I was paying with gift card . Staff was so unhelpful that is beyond belief I have to do it on line and of story. Waist my precious time

The most rude and unhelpful stuff, we bought a TV and after we unpack it it was damaged, so we returned it but we had to face to horrible rude stuff who was really unhelpful even the manager didn't offer us an apology and told us that we can have our money back without offering us anything to make us feel satisfied because they don't have another one, that was the most horrible experience in my life with Argos , never go there again

been shopping at argos over 30 years.its gone down hill just like curry's.. why advertise on web items that are in sainsbury but...you can't buy or collect from them.items not out of stock.soon all argo's will cease trading.why close big store in trading Park.high Wycombe if business is good??but its not good anymore..
