Ordered some Lego flowers in store. In stock and ready to collect on the screen. Waited fifteen minutes to be told that they can't find it. Now I have to wait five days to get my money back. Store assistant apologetic but still. Won't be using this argos again.

I went there yesterday to collect a parcel delivered from eBay, the photo shows it was delivered at 10 36am. The staff keep saying they don't work for eBay, I know that, they don't work for The Post Office, I know that to and this is the 2nd time a parcel has gone missing from here and I've only had 2 parcels delivered, a 100% failure rate. The staff were unhelpful, chatted among themselves and even though they could see the parcel had been delivery and weren't busy, just kept saying we don't work for eBay or The Post Office, but you do work for Argos the place I wanted it delivered to, so this is not good for the representation of your company

Ordered a microphone for a speech in an emergency on a Saturday morning, showed ready to collect.
Drove a 10 mile round trip, arriving at 5pm and the store inside Sainsbury's High Wycombe is SHUT.
Sainsbury's staff have no idea why and there was no manager present.
Totally lost trust in this store.

Went in to check availability for item but the staff member was just so unhelpful and so rude working on Saturday. The young lady really needs change the way she serves customers as it just makes people go and buy somewhere else! Never coming this Argos again.

Not usually a bad experience purchasing but after the last two visits i wont be going here again. Brought back expensive earphones for a refund (brand new) and staff proceeded to drop the contents all over the floor and clearly arent professional at all. Manager refused refund claming they were used and they cant issue a refund, useless. I advise buying and enquiring at a different branch as its much easier and honest.

I was always thinking why has Argos slowly slowly deteriorated and today I learnt the hard way.
Went into Argos inside Sainsbury?s High Wycombe and only 1 person serving at the front and another in the back warehouse.
Had 4 people in the queue waiting to be served and took half an hour waiting just to collect an item that I had already ordered online. The worst kind of customer service I?ve ever experienced at Argos and now I realise why it?s gone down over the years.
At this rate I?ll find it hardly surprising if it doesn?t even exist in another year?s time.
Absolutely ridiculous waiting time to collect an item!

Absolutely no staff on at all. The one gent who was on, was doing all the jobs (till, item retrieval and handing out the items) when asked for an extra staff member to assist with the queue,as I only had a collection, he said she was the only one on, as the other person called in sick. Surely they should have someone on call or a back up, as being down to just one person will pose even more problems when he need his break or the bathroom. Poor management

I had to visit this store twice to find out later that my click and collect parcel is missing and the staff simply did not give a damn to get it resolved. The worst I have ever experienced. Avoid.
