It?s always so lovely coming into Costa, the staff are so welcoming and kind.
Especially Isabella, Tillie and Brunilda. These ladies have got to know me over the last few months and even know my order before I get to the till, such a nice place to come.

Poor service been there 12:50 today lady was keep talking with my in front customer and her colleague both saw me and eye contact but still ignored don?t saying anything to acknowledge that have one customer standing interface and in front of the till.

Place was a ghost town with only 1 other person sitting in there at 10am on a Saturday morning... They also had only 3 options for sandwiches, the fridges were bare! Worst of all the staff just didn't give a hoot and made us the worst Costa drinks we've ever had. So much potential in this place, such a shame!

We called in at this branch on our way to a meeting as we were really early. At the time we were the only customers and we were made to feel really well.The staff are friendly and helpful and dealt with our order for two cappuccino coffees and cakes efficiently. The snack was to the usual high standard I have come to expect at a Costa branch.The branch is typical of the chain and well laid out and spacious. Toilets were modern, well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Nice place to sit and dry off after a long, rainy walk in the Chilterns. Staff were pleasant and coffee was decent, if not great - it is Costa, ffs. A good place to watch the world go by, while you wait for your train.
