Had an abysmal experience with the click and collect... would not recommend that service, however the staff are really friendly. There is no free parking, you have to the tesco car park instead.

Absolutely cracking store. Quality own branded food (as well as branded) and the staff go above and beyond.Special mention has to go to Melisa who helped me out when I was really struggling to find niche items and was in a huge rush.

Waitrose has lost its soul and Gerrards cross Waitrose even more. The choice is pathetic, the organic vegetables range is super limitedthe fish counter is a disgrace and they pack at 530 pm even on fish friday and most importantly their sustainability programs are aJOKE. Most organic products are wrapped in plastic now because they are too scared people wilbuy organic at price. So they wrap it in plastic that can only be recycled in store. Well guess what a recent survey showed that hardly anybody brings plastic wrappers back to store. So Waitrose has passed the bucket to consumer,got rid of the plastic issue in a very poor way. Frankly better off at Tesco now

Well stocked with good quality produce and the staff are friendly and helpful. The usability of the self-checkouts could do with some improvement.

RUINED.Tesco 2.0 now it has this awful new self scan.Why bother with WaitroseThink of all the old people, that going to the shop is their only contact of the day.Completely ruined; what a shame.Absolutely lovely staff though! So had to give 5 stars to them.

Great choice and quality for fresh food. Poor choice of soft drinks and flavoured water. Higher than average price for regular items but you get what you pay for. Need more staff on customer collection desk, very long wait and disorganized
