They do a very sloppy job. They say trust is one of the 2 values of the company? it is difficult to trust them with my shoes when they hand in such a poor quality job. You can see the glue all over and they also left glue stains in the book.

Visited this store recently and was amazed at how great the guy who I think was the manager was I went in with an issue of my keys needing cutting and well he served me with a smile and cut the keys very promptly and proceeded to then just ask me how my day was and just genuinely a really nice person well done timpsons you have a great employee there :)

Not sure how these cow boys got 5 stars. Wrecked my shoes by having glue all over the leather when repaired the soles... glue is even coming off the souls. Avoid if you want to get shoes repaired, this place employs unskilled! I wish there was minus rating, which is what they really deserve
