The security guard follows the traveller and gypsy community around the store. Very disgusting behaviour as there are youths with hoods up who don?t get followed about.

Went this store sat 11th jan 2025 & was totally shocked at how down hill it has gone we had to go to the far side of car park to get a trolley then in the store there was a lot of empty shelfs so I only got half of what I needed such a shame use to be such a good store

I rate this supermarket three stars due to its convenient location and my consistent patronage as a weekly customer; however, further improvements are desired.
Firstly, it seems to be very selective about Tesco-owned Brand products.
Amersham Tesco has Tesco-owned brands for many items, but the Gerrards Cross branch does not seem to want to offer cheaper options, which are normally Tesco-owned brands.
I don't know if that's because they want you to make the store more upmarket by pushing more expensive mainstream brands or if it's because of a lack of space, but either way, it's something they need to improve.
Secondly, the staff are very mixed ranging from rude and incompetent to friendly and knowledgeable. There seems to be no consistency in the training.

Staff are very unhelpful and rude. Throw items towards you to pack and when you need help at the self service. The stand looking at you or on the phone.

I had to return a SIM card and voucher because 3 said they don't do the package I bought. It was very hard work but they eventually refunded. Not their fault but I had no choice as sale of goods act says my finance contract is with them as I have them the money.

Large free car park. Great selection in store, our go to place for groceries. Love the scan and shop alloying me to load my bags as I shop. All new trolleys!

The staff are disgusting? how can you be busy on your phone/chat with friends AND be working? considering your job is customer service the performance should be much more improved, today I was checking out at self service and it malfunctioned the fat woman didn?t even help me and started talking to her friends about how she busted some kids for taking the charity coins??? Huh?? How is that relevant HELP ME WITH MY SHOPPING? honestly DO BETTER TESCO.

The staff are incredibly rude, and prevented us from supporting the local charities. They ran up to us (minors) and screamed at us for picking up coins that are used to support charity!!! After rudely demanding we leave, the woman worker GOSSIPED about us without our permission!! Plus, she stopped talking about it once my mother walked past us! This is incredibly unprofessional and rude.
