A great service. Bob came to assist with a lock-out in just 10 minutes. He carefully assessed all the options and explained the process before swiftly getting to work. After gaining access he then promptly fitted a new lock which had better safety features than our existing lock and left everything tidy and secure. A thoroughly professional service, thank you.

Having locked myself out and the keys in the back of the front door, I rang Mr Dyer who arrived within a very short period of time and within an even shorter period the keys had been retrieved and I was able to enter. What an excellent service. Very many thanks.

Bob is a very experienced locksmith. He is one of those traditional locksmith who have a real passion for their craft. He is a master of his trade. His work is done very neatly. Nothing resists Bob even the most intriguing window gearbox!I can't recommend him high enough.

We lost our front door key and with a two year olds and 7 month old needed to get in ASAP, we were stuck in the car at the time. We got through to Bob, explained what happened, sent him a picture and he was at our house in 15 minutes. He looked at the lock with my husband and we were in the house 10 minutes later. bob came and fixed a neighbours front door that they had been unable to access for months. He was quick, didn't cause any damage to the door and was able to fix it. not only was he amazing at his job but is truly a lovely man with a heart of gold. thank you for being you
