We had a fantastic experience at Pizza Express in Gerrards Cross, and I want to give a special shoutout to Genta and Jodie for their outstanding service! From the moment we walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made our visit enjoyable.
Genta was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us, while Jodie went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Their professionalism, warmth, and efficiency truly stood out, making our meal even more enjoyable.
The food, as always, was delicious, but it was the amazing service that made this visit memorable. Thank you, Genta and Jodie ? we?ll definitely be coming back!

Vicky the manager is the best. She is hospitable , takes feedback seriously and we keep coming back to visit due to her. What an asset to Pizza Express. She makes me day everytime she greets us. ??

Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food for the money.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian dishes are available and clearly identified.
Kid-friendliness: Children always welcome.

I ordered a collection order via Deliveroo but the food had not been prepared properly. It did take a few chases but Pizza Express finally solved my problem. Great customer service

Amazing staff and delicious food!
Our kids favourite pizza place!
Usually we stay longer and we enjoy 3 courses meal, but this time we been in a rush and we had mains only, which all been delicious and cooked to perfection.
Lady manager been so lovely and make sure our food been served to the standard quality and in time, she also personally checked back if everything okay!
Can?t wait for the next visit!!!
Kid-friendliness: All of the staff are so kind and nice with our kids!

We had my sons 8th birthday at Pizza Express Gerrards Cross on 19th January 2025,from the minute we got there until the end,the host was AMAZING and she had so much patience with the kids and with us adults and she honestly made my sons birthday very special ? we would love to return to your beautiful restaurant soon and enjoy the warmth from the staff and the mnanger was equally as nice and very accommodating! Totally recommend it, 10/10 service,food and brilliant! Thanks again to you all for creating a great place for my son and his friends to have a fun morning making pizzas,my son loved his pizza and ate the whole not which is not like him as he is not a massive pizza lover but he said that's the best pizza he has ever ate! Came to redeem a pizza via my O2 priorities reward and free dough balls and was told over the phone by the manager and another colleague that I could collect it in 15 minutes, but once arrived they told me otherwise and refused the reward! Awful customer service inside the restaurant and awful customer experience with a total waste of my time driving to collect. Will never be attending a Pizza Express again. All these other negative reviews below shows how bad you are! Shameful.

On 05/01/25 our family thought of using pizza hut G cross for our lunch ' I have used been to this place a lot of times 'it is this reason re visited 'i got a shock to note orange juice at 3.55 per little glass chichen wings 3 plates 25.50 glass of house wine 250 ml 12.25 and sprite 3.85 these prices are astronomical even for G cross gentry 'this is in comparison to hotels bars and eateries too 'mend your over zealous prices 'to continue before long it may not be viable suggestion '

We went here for a family New Year's Eve meal.
Even though the restaurant was really busy and there wasn't a lot of staff we had a great experience!! The manager was super friendly and was really great with the kids! We had to wait a bit for our table but the staff were really apologetic. Our food came out quick considering it was so busy! Thank you! You all work extremely hard!

Worst pizza restaurant I?ve been to. An hour and half wait to get a Pizza. Restaurant should be called Pizza Slow. Better to buy a pizza in Waitrose and put it in your oven at home.
