First class service from a courteous, helpful and patient team who are great at providing updates, quotes and advice. Their support during a recent insurance claim involving a damaged iMac was exemplary. I've used Nexus several times to have extra memory installed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Took my pc for almost 3 weeks and demanded payment quickly before even doing anything and then all of a sudden they came at me as my cpu is not compatible , however it is . And then wanted £600 for new parts for which I of course did not pay and there was nothing wrong with it. The only thing the really did was mess up my cable management and leave a couple nexus stickers on my stuff. Also when they asked for a payment for further investigation, they left no link or anything of where I can pay, I had to send them an email where to pay. All these five star reviews are if you wanna do something simple. Real pc stuff don?t go to these guys. Sketchy place too.

I contacted Nexus following a google search, I am a medical secretary working for a very busy surgeon, my laptop was running extremely slow and I didn't know where to go. Initially I had a visit from Jack to have a look at my laptop, it became apparent that this needed upgrading. I discussed with Jack what I wanted and Nexus provided me with links on what to purchase for my upgrade and I was booked in for data transfer. I had not appreciated how being without a computer, with working piling up, for so long would be and this was a little frustrating, but I have to say they quickly turned this around and I was back up and working again on day 5. Nadiya was lovely and very helpful, thank you. Again Jack visited and set everything up for me and made sure that everything was connected and working as it should be, thank you Jack you were so kind and I know you squeezed me in, I do appreciate that.I would not hesitate to contact Nexus again with any computer issues in the future.

Last week I needed the services of Nexus for urgent and essential work in relation to my PC. The service provided by the Nexus team was professional, calm and reassuring from start to finish. While the work was being done my email enquiries were answered promptly and I was kept in touch with how things were going.Highly recommended!

I needed a replacement screen for my laptop. They were prompt to reply to my query through their website. They were friendly, efficient and fast and got the laptop back to me quickly. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Dan and team persevered with a tricky printer problem that seemed fixed, then failed. They tried many different things over the course of 3 remote sessions and one home visit to make sure that my money was well spent and that I ended up a happy customer. Go ahead and use them. You wont regret it.

I have been a client of Nexus since 2010 and have know the team, led by Dan since then. The company has grown but has never lost the personal service to both business clients and private clients.
Nexus are always courteous, highly professional and will always support their customers in every way possible their client ethic is second to none and their communication with customers matches this. Nexus always do everything in their power to find the solution to whatever 'tech issues' their customers may have.

We first approached Nexus in May 2015 with the intention of getting them to set up a website from scratch for our new Personal training Gym. We were fortunate enough for Nexus to assign us our own Web designer Kosta Malchev. Within weeks we had a fantastic site up and running, not only that but we have had continued support whenever we have needed to update or change our site. The overall service has been brilliant and we canâ??t recommend them enough!
