“We went to Carpetright in Gerrards Cross looking for carpets to replace in our lounge and two bedrooms.We were met by Karan, who was friendly, polite and courteous. He took the time to explain all the carpet options available based on our relevant room requirements and our budget. This made it easy for us to make our decisions. There was a 3 week delay on the availability of one of the chosen carpet size, but Karan kept us updated regularly and when available, the carpets were delivered and fitted promptly. A high level of service making the whole process stress free for us.”
