I recently helped my mother-in-law sell her house in Chalfont St Peter. We looked at a number of agents and chose Hamptons largely because of our initial contact with Dane Spelina. Dane was very clear on how Hamptons operate, produced a wonderful brochure, achieved a good sale price and was always available to smooth out any queries. He is very personable and nothing was ever too much trouble. He made the process very straightforward for my elderly mother-in-law and I would certainly recommend Dane and Hamptons to anyone else hoping to sell in the area. A fantastic buying experience! Jenny and Andrew were amazing throughout the process and were excellent as a go between- any queries were promptly attended to which led to the buying process from offer to completion in n the shortest possible time. Jenny was especially helpful in providing details and advice of local tradespeople that allowed us to settle in our new environment quicker. The downsizing from a large 4bed house to an apartment would have been too stressful otherwise! Thanks a lot Jenny and Andrew for holding our hands during the process.

We purchased a house through Hamptons Gerrards Cross. Sally & Andrew were excellent to work with, providing regular updates throughout. Buying a house can full of uncertainties and as the agents are working for the sellers it can be a worrying time when purchasing however I cannot recommend the team enough as they did everything they could to make sure all parties were well informed and made the process as easy and stress free as possible.
