I went to Neros today and bought a cup of tea and sat down. The cup slipped out of my hand and fell onto the floor and the tea went everyone. One of the girls was very gracious and got the mop and said not to worry. She even got me another cup and brought it over. What a kind girl thank you and thank you Neros!

My partner and I really enjoy coming to this Nero, however it's now becoming to resemble Crufts with far too many dogs. On some days we've counted 7 or 8 dogs in there at any one time, often barking at each other. This is simply unhygienic in a cafe that serves food. I have also seen one of the staff pet a customer's dog and then go straight back behind the counter and handle food without washing her hands !

It is absolutely freezing! It is really cold outside and the AC is blasting cold air all the time. Everybody is sitting wearing their coats and the staff plays zero attention. What is this obsession with freezing the customers?

Filthy coffee shop. Manager is moody, runs the place like if it's her own with her own rules. Terrible atmosphere and average coffee.

At Westfield branch was actually quiet for once. Staff were talking to each other ,waited a minute then asked if any were actually serving .The staff member actually just backed away so we walked out and went to Black Sheep Coffee next door ,served immediately,seemed appropriate!ly named place after how we were treated in Nero.

Lady name Anna serves us every time we come she always soo welcoming and friendly she make my coffee just how I like it Every-time.
It's always nice to go back and see her and have friendly conversation.

There is good coffee, a limited selection of cakes and other hot drinks. The café has a certain cosiness.

Always lovely coffee as I used to work at Nero myself , never had a bad drink or food and very kind staff !
