I went to Neros today and bought a cup of tea and sat down. The cup slipped out of my hand and fell onto the floor and the tea went everyone. One of the girls was very gracious and got the mop and said not to worry. She even got me another cup and brought it over. What a kind girl thank you and thank you Neros!

My partner and I really enjoy coming to this Nero, however it's now becoming to resemble Crufts with far too many dogs. On some days we've counted 7 or 8 dogs in there at any one time, often barking at each other. This is simply unhygienic in a cafe that serves food. It is absolutely freezing! It is really cold outside and the AC is blasting cold air all the time. Everybody is sitting wearing their coats and the staff plays zero attention. What is this obsession with freezing the customers?
