That evening our phone rang, and Mrs Russell told me to make sure my wife went back to the GP. Diagnosis was wrong, Mrs Russell was correct, and my wife got the treatment she needed. We have never sent flowers to our dentist before, but we're so pleased and thankful to do so.”
