The place has been taken over by new owners. Took a picture to be mounted a week ago. Got a call this morning that it was ready for collection. Got there in the afternoon to find that it had not been mounted and outer frame the back were separate. The man who took my order was not in. I called him was informed by him that I had to assemble it myself as he does not come in on Wednesday.A very unprofessional attitude and customer service

Excellent store, I've been a return customer for well over 10 years. Anywhere from Hoover bags, wood stain, kitchen items, key cutting service etc, wonderful shop with brilliant helpful service from the staff.

We are so lucky to have The Handyman in Farnham Common. Glenn and Elizabeth always greet you with a smile and if they don't have what you're looking for, will do their best to get it for you. No need to sit in traffic jams to get to Slough and the big stores where there rarely seems to be anyone to help you nowadays, or order something online that often has to be returned. Just popped in this morning and one of the guys working in there helped me find what I needed really quickly, and even cut my screws down to the right size I needed for me. Really pleased. Would def recommend.They have almost everything you need, unbelievable. Good customer service, they help you find what you looking for. Great hardware store definitely recommend. Extremely helpful and friendly. For me (someone with a basic DIY ability) I got everything I needed and lots of advice. Thank you!
