I popped in on a ?whim? for a shellac removal. At the time, no one else was in the salon (which should have been a red flag as it was 11am on a Saturday morning - prime time). The young lady who served me was lovely and very polite, and was doing an excellent job, until the owner appeared. She was rude to me and told the young girl to rush as she now had another customer to attend to. When i asked how much I owed, the young girl asked the owner. Given she had worked there for 6 months I would expect her to know that, which suggests to me that the owner charges what she feel like - £15 for a removal (for a rushed job, and no polish) is outrageous - especially when it is cash only ? The norm for this is £5 to £10. I will NEVER be going back here again.

I used to come here when i was younger but stopped going as the staff were very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and as a 15/16 year old you can imagine that wasn?t very nice. I am now a spa therapist and know a lot about nails and my mum goes there to get her nails done however has come back with an infection under her toe nail where they have not been cleaning the utensils! it is absolutely appalling and i do not recommend to anyone. Would give 0/5 stars if i had the option.

if your new avoid this place they will charge you a lot more despite the price list being less and it hasn?t even changed when questioned all of sudden couldn?t understand and told me to leaveThat?s was fine because thePlace is very filthy and dingy I didn?t want to even sit downMaybe some customer service skills and upgrade to the shopEspecially as it?s a nice area big let down

The lady was very nice, however they didn't have gel colours that matched their normal nail vanish and I ended up with a miss match on my fingers and toes. I needed to paint them again when I got home finding something that matched. They looked beautiful I was very happy overall

I had an appointment at 5pm and waited 45 minutes to even be seen. I am not happy with how my nails were painted at all because she was clearly very rushed and didn't have time to do them properly, but I payed full price for these nails and you can clearly see marks where the second coat hasn't gone over all the nail, and four started cracking up and lifting, I had to repaint them that night. When my nails were drying I asked a staff member if they could bring my bag over to me he nodded and said yes but left my bag where it was and brought another client over to the seat my bag was left. I even asked him again and he did the same thing, nodded and then went and stood behind other staff members watching what they were doing. I couldn't see my bag either so couldn't even keep an eye on it and it had my phone, keys and purse with my money and cards in. After I was taken over to the dryers I was completely forgotten about. Also, while I was there another client stated that she was not happy with her nails and wanted to have them redone the next day, Lynn responded very argumentatively causing a huge scene in the salon and clearly embarrassing this poor lady who had clearly been a long time client. My first time here and definitely my last, I paid £30 for a set of nails I had to repaint myself and for a terrible experience. The only reason I didn't go back to get them re done is because I didn't want to be started on like this other lady.

I have been going to Lynn for years to get my nails done and helped her gain a lot of business during lockdown whilst they were working from her house. Recently she began telling me about her venture into Botox and other beauty treatments and I thought I would help her by being one of her early customers for a reduced price. I agreed to have my Botox done and paid £80 for one area on 30th January. A week later I went to see Lynn to get my nails done and told her how happy I was with the current progress. The lines were fading quickly and I thought after the top up it would be great!I asked Lynn to do my top up 12 days after my initial treatment but she was not available and we couldn?t find a suitable date until 18 days after my treatment. She told me within two weeks my lines will have disappeared. Two weeks passed and my lines were still visible so I sent her a text explaining so. She ignored me. So I messaged her again after a few days to which she told me there was nothing she could do.I decided to pay her a visit. I went in yesterday and asked to talk in private so as not to embarrass her infront of her customers but she refused. She said it has taken me 3 months to complain (screenshots below which dates show otherwise). She absolutely refused to accept the timeline even whilst I showed her the messages. She stressed how happy all her other customers were and that it would be bad business if she gave me money back or did any more treatment because she would loose out on money - it was completely irrelevant to her that I had lost out on money or that I feel unhappy. She told me that I was happy at first (which I was with the progress at the time) so should not be complaining now and absolutely would not acknowledge that there was any issue. Bearing in mind I was frowning in her face - showing the frown lines that were STILL there, that I had PAID to be removed.Totally get that she is new in the business and this is a bit of a trial and error period but the fact that she did not even attempt to try and rectify the situation has lost Lynn a very loyal and frequent customer, as well as on going business that would of came in from my friends. And I certainly urge other people to not use her services moving forward. Such a shame.

Worse nail salon I've ever been to, poor communication, way to rough on my nails and actually made me hurt. I only went in for a removal and she didn't even get it all off. I was so gob smacked I couldn't even bring my self to point out how bad it was and there was no way I was going to let her back at my nails. Would not recommend and certainly won't be returning.

very expensive for what they are doing, my nails did not look very good it is normal when the person doing your nails is watching the phone and not the client

I was very happy with my experience up until I was waiting for my nails to dry. In my experience in other salons someone would come and check if my nails were dry but in this case I had to go up and ask a member of staff to check which made me feel quite anxious. I was then overcharged- only by £2 but still that?s £2 extra I wasn?t supposed to pay. My nails weren?t the same length and I had to file some of them myself when I got home as they weren?t even. I would usually expect acrylics to last 2-4 weeks but they started to fall off after 1 week. Not impressed and will not be returning.
