Visited Costa store located in stoke poges on Thursday, 16/01/2025 at around 14:45/15:00.
All the milk containers were kept open (4 to 5) right where the people were placing the order. I do understand that the barista was finding it overwhelming due to store being excessively busy. But is this what you promote at the cost of customer health? I request the store to take an action against this because when this was flagged the barista person was rude and did not serve well. This is disappointing.

Highly recommend this place. This is one of the best I have visited.
The staff are friendly and helpful. We went here an hour before closing time. It was so nice to be served with our coffee in proper cups and have it brought to our table. Other branches could learn from this. The cafe is clean and tidy. The toilets are very clean and modern. It was really nice to not have to put a code in to use the facilities. Other stores could learn from this. There are disabled facilities.
On this occasion we did not have food, but would definitely if we had been hungry.

The costa is about a five minute walk from my house and we go here loads.The people there are quite kind but their service isnt very great.They are quite slow to make drinks. Although they do have free wifi.
