Great place. Great little shop selling anything and everything so great repurposing. Also nice to know that large containers are shipped to Africa with tools etc to help the people

A fascinating shop filled with any tool or small household machine you can imagine, as well as a large selection of fabric - and friendly volunteers committed to helping Workaid raise charity funds. I have already recommended the shop to two friends.

Amazing cave of treasures, tools, and pre-loved bits and pieces for the keen crafter, gardener, workshop potterer as well as a shop crammed with everything a clothes maker or upholsterer could ever want or need.

Never been to a charity shop like it, they almost cover all your needs, I've been going for the woodworking tools, good second hand hand planes and a few chisels here and there. I will be going back. ??

I'm a regular customer and it's a fantastic place for haberdashery and fabric. Stocked with a huge variety which I believe are gathered from donations and house clearances. I'm always looking for unique and vintage items and it never disappoints. Worth a visit to familiarise yourself with the kind of items they stock as it is a charity shop not a standard shop. They also sell reconditioned garden tools (manual & electric) and many other tools for diy etc, old storage boxes - all sorts of stuff! And the money goes to charity. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Check opening times as it's only open at the end of each week and closes at around 4 on those days. Check their website.

I use to spend a lot of money at work aid but since the lady with big blonde hair had taken over I would say its now 80% over priced. I buy cheaper off ebay.Such a shame has items are donated free and most good quality tool are thrown in the skip and picked up by Evans scrap yard Wigginton ? Think before donating.

Brilliant layout. Great prices and my go-to for gardening/tools, material and mending.
