Friendly staff all round, but one particular member of staff just always stands out.
Shammas Khan is attentive, always asks if he can help in anyway, He offers to help take supplies to the car, and nothing is ever too much.
He is professional,approachable and polite.

I visited the Chesham branch of Wickes last week. I had troubles with finding some items the team was happy to help. I was particularly impressed with Matt who took me to the items I was looking for, made recommendations, and engaged in small talk making me feel very welcome.

I've recently moved to the area and have had some work done to my new property. As a result, I have been in and out of Wickes Chesham, over the last few months on a regular basis. The staff here are incredible - shoutout to Maj, Mati, Shamz and Alfie who have always gone above and beyond to answer questions, give professional recommendations, help me locate items around the store and and generally meet, greet and converse with a smile on their face. I am absolutely at my wits end, as is my elderly mother, about the fact that her kitchen has been an ongoing problem since January. I have emailed the customer service team (8/8/24) but have had NO RESPONSE. The store have palmed me off and said there?s nothing more they can do and head office are unresponsive. USE THEM FOR KITCHEN INSTALLATION AT YOUR PERIL!!
