Recently moved to the area and registered to this surgery. From registration to speaking on the phone to the receptionist, I thought I?d accidentally signed up to a private doctors surgery! lol they were so professional I couldn?t believe it. So far they?ve been great and seem to genuinely want to help.

Very grateful to be given a face to face appointment on the day I phoned. My own GP was on leave, so I saw Dr Barnet, who very kindly made time for me in her busy schedule.She wasvery helpful and understanding as well as thorough and I felt well cared for and very appreciative of her attention and advice. she also found the time to write a medical note for me, at my request, which was ready for collection that day. Very impressive service.Many thanks

Needed emergency medication whilst away. Phoned the surgery and they sorted us out immediately. No fuss, no bother, just calm and efficient service. Thank you to reception for all your help.

I See Doctor Shah Monday and hes care was outstanding..he sent me straight to the hosiptal with my symptoms.. after he seen me ..checked what was wrong with me .. after he called them ..and he said, I was coming in to the hosiptal and reason why wanted tests done . He?s care was very good and I felt listened too . And I?m grateful that he did . Also the team up at hosiptal was also very good .. hope this doctor will remain in water meadow ..and a very big thank you ..for sending me to be checked by the team at hosiptal ..

Fed up of chasing up my prescriptions every single month, it's getting beyond a joke now.Very concerning that they thought 2 different prescriptions were the same medication . The receptionist usually tells you her life story when you've phoned up to ask where your prescriptions are, Also telling me she's actually changed to the new surgery herself .I took her advice and changed to the new surgery, so much more efficient and you don't have to listen to the patronising recorded message every 3 rings .Also my prescriptions are on time and a text sent to collect them .Dr Ram is the best at the new surgery very kind and understanding.

I would like to give a special mention to Dr Dupaguntla. I met with her for the first time today and she is by far the kindest and most understanding GP I have ever dealt with. She took the time to really listen and didn?t rush me out of the appointment. I left feeling heard and understood and would like to say thank you. Having recently moved to the area I?m very impressed with the overall service from Watermeadow Surgery so far :)

Coming from a surgery where you ring first thing in the morning to be told you are caller number 34 my expectations were low when changing surgeries.But I have to say this is an amazing surgery. Receptionists are friendly and you don?t have to wait over hour to get appointment. Everytime I?ve had to call it?s never a headache. Very happy here.

I tried to get a 20 minute form filled in for an application to the armed forces and was met with rude reception staff being deliberately hostile and obstuctive after having given me three different deadlines, each one going up by 2 weeks. If you're thinking of registering as a patient here I strongly advise finding a different GP surgery with staff who actually want to help rather than being rude and obnoxious

- Too slow response- Excessive delay in appointments- Always long waiting- more GP needs to be added in Water Meadow surgery to match with patients population in that area- In my last appointment, GP literally wanted me to stop speaking about my health issue and leave the room so that he/she can attend another patient.
