A pleasant shopping experience. Clean , well presented products , shelved in parallel aisles.
Generally more expensive than many of it's rival supermarkets but bargains can be found at times & quality is good & the general shopping experience is relaxed.
The self service checkouts work well .
Pleasant staff , free coffee & parking.
Their plants are horrendously overpriced & not always well watered.

Absolutely adore this supermarket in particular. I soon got over my initial gripe of the parking and crossing pot-holed road with trolley because this store is so epic! There's plenty of choice, great staff and just a great atmosphere all round (very chilled). I enjoy shopping here and I can't say the same for any other supermarket in the UK. Lots of promotions and I always manage to pick-up a fair few yellow sticker items. The flavours of their products is unmatched. Worth spending a bit more and eating a bit less. Gold standard food shopping experience!

This particular branch of Waitrose is on the small side, which in my book is a positive thing. You don't have to spend hours navigating the labyrinthine aisles on the hunt for nutmeg. If you miss anything off your list, a quick retrace of your steps will confirm your suspicions that they don't stock it. Like I say. It's on the small side.

This is a good little store. I have been a couple of times in the last weeks. Today I was struggling to find puddings and I was helped by a very personable, kind and professional lady. I was really grateful for the service, especially since I had interrupted her in what she was doing. Thanks.
