I have a great doctor (Dr. Devakumar). 8 year with this surgery and always pleased with their service, including the front desk. Always got appointments when needed and received the best advice.

Incredibly rude reception staff. Checked in for my son?s 8 week vaccines and was told no your appointment is next week. It was not, they are strictly at 8 weeks. Pushed to ask if i could wait and be seen at the end of the clinic (obviously did not want to wait!). Sat down and the woman came over and said sorry I was looking at the wrong appointment week. Absolute joke!!!! Then this week, appointments running 45 mins late with a young baby

They discriminate against people's disabilities. They also refuse to entertain 'general enquiries' unless it fits their specific and very inconvenient time frame. I would advise someone to dig up Mr Shipman and seek medical advice from his dead corpse over entertaining any of the doctors or their entitled receptionist staff from this particular surgery. To describe these people as useless would be a compliment to them.

Only got 2 stars for the fact there are a couple of amazing GPs there. Awful place to have to be involved with if mental health is an issue. They state on their website about Equality and diversity via NHS guidelines which they do not follow on the slightest.

The doctors are pleasant enough, but the receptionist and admin staff must be some of the most miserable folk on the planet.

The new surgery has been brilliant with its services so far. The reception team are polite and friendly and in most cases offer appointments. Dr Andrew Ram in particular has been exceptional in delivering care and services. He is extremely professional and empathetic and is the best GP one could have!
