Great experience at Specsavers Chesham! Melika is very helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She goes through everything in great detail and does wonders to help ease any worries. Really recommend booking an appointment with her!

I had a consultation with Melika and she was incredibly welcoming and professional. She took the time to explain the condition of my eyes in a way that was easy to understand and even recommended high-quality eye drops that were perfect for what I needed. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff minus the optometrist who had terrible customer service, lacked patience, empathy, and patience. Upon entering the store we felt welcomed with a lovely lady who was very kind and led us to the optometrist. This however is where I would have the rate the shop lower because the optometrist was rude, judgmental, and impatient. During our visit with the optometrist in which I had accompanied my family member, the optometrist laughed at my family member when my family member was struggling to perform a task she had asked, was snappy, rude, and impatient, she ended up giving up in trying to find the correct lens for my family member because it had gone on for a long time. The optometrist was a young lady, she was extremely rude and made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable she had a terrible tone too. However, the person we dealt with after was also lovely, very helpful, kind, patient, understanding, and explained everything very well they helped salvage our ruined experience. You should make the optometrist take a course in customer service and dealing with different types of people.

The staff have always been amazing and go out of their way to help.
Melika especially has been a star, helping me finally find contact lenses that work for me after years of trials, she was so kind and patient and I am truly grateful.

Today I popped into chesham specsavers for a 2nd pair of glasses, I was helped by Atalia who went out of her way to find me the perfect fames & the best deal. Atalia was an absoloutely delight to spend time with, what's normally a stressful experience, was made fun & easy. Atalia was professional, courteous & a breath of fresh air! Atalia had me laughing & joking whilst helping me, she not only brightened my day, she made my entire week & I am so grateful to her for her help & positivity.
I honestly can't say enough positive things about her!
