All staff were polite, efficient, helpful,very warm and friendly and seemed to genuinely care and be interested in my choices and needs, I never felt rushed, they seemed to be happy to stick around while I tried several frames, even picking out suggestions. 100% a happy customer.

Young lady was very kind when assisting me today, but the manager seemed unhelpful and unsupportive of her staff. Didn?t help the lady who was helping me when she asked for assistance, just sat and watched. Not good management!
