what was a good service is now a nightmare to get through by phone i asked via web chat for a call back twice the call backs never came , thirty three minuets i waited to transfer monies by phone the batteries in my phone went down unaceptable ,again today same problem

I was worried at first when they took over the Chesham Building Society. I needn't have bothered. The service is still excellent, in some ways better. My advice, forget the banks, put your trust [and money] in the Skipton.
