I will now travel the extra 10/15 minutes and go to Tesco instead.

This is an awful Sainsbury?s. Like many other people have said I?ve lived all over the place and use many Sainsbury?s. This is the worst and the excuse? They?ve been short staffed for the 15 years I?ve been using it nothing ever changes and I agree with other people stop moving the stock around all the bloody time. It makes us not want to buy anything.

Staff is clearly too lazy to do their job. Shelfs are most of the time empty, but if you ask for specific item they would bring you from the stockroom. Unbelievable.

Terrible service at checkouts.
Whilst using self service a product did not have a barcode tag. I asked the lady standing by the tills name of A?n for help. She did not offer to key it in as miscellaneous or get a replacement. Simply told me to go and get another one, not wanting to leave my shopping I asked if she could and she said no she can?t leave the area. She could have asked another colleague or tried. Rude unfriendly attitude. What help would that be for someone with mobility issues, or the elderly.I Normally go in there with my children so would have been expected to go back a forth with children and pushchairs for 1 item when it?s hard enough. Your being paid to do a job at least fix your attitudes.

9-30am on a Saturday morning and not a single person on the checkout. Self service a shambles. No defined queue, trolleys all over the place...

Of all the Sainsbury?s I?ve been to, of which there are quite a few, this is the worst Sainsbury?s I have ever been to. Sadly, it is now my local, which is why I am giving it a review, in the faint hope that someone on Sainsbury?s HQ will do something about it.
I can only imagine this store is being used as some kind of experimental scheme in which they remove all employees and see what happens. There is a chronic lack of both staff on the tills and on the semi-functioning self checkout area, which invariably falter with every new customer. It?s hard to stomach going there, to pay £60 or more for one meagre bag?s worth of groceries, knowing that Sainsbury?s is cutting every other cost to squeeze yet more profits.
Please, Sainsbury?s, hire more staff to your Chesham branch. I have lived here for 3 months now and am yet to go into this store without queueing for at least 5 minutes for checkout, which doesn?t sound like much but it is a hell of a piss take.

The location of products and shelves changes every day. Think about buying a product regularly, naturally you should know your location, but when you start buying that product or search for the product for 5 minutes. Because the location of the product, product shelf, product section size are constantly distributed to show different products and encourage more shopping. Please stop changing the product aisle now!!!

Friendly staff but not where you most need them and has nearly all that a family needs in the way of food. There are 3 self service options if you don't fancy a queue for a human being.

22nd November, aparently the night managed, came in early (sadly, I didn't get her name). I was desperately overwhelmed and struggling ? She must have noticed my state... Bless her, she came upto speak with me, once calmed and panic attack avoided... I was able to continue ?
