Bought our first house from P&F, had no reservations enlisting their services to sell it. They not just sold it once for us, but when they sale fell through (no fault of theirs) we tasked them for selling it a second time for us, and they had to do it in a week so our offer on our new house would be accepted. They had prospective buyers through the door in 2 days and offers on the table within 4.Pleasant, available, no nonsense pros. Richard, Nikki, Alise and all are lovely people who went above and beyond to see that our sale went as smoothly as possible.

Potter and Ford provided an excellent service in finding tenants for my flat - professional, honest, reliable and friendly. Kirsty, who has been my main contact, maintained frequent contact in a friendly, personable, honest, fair and professional manner (not exhibiting any of the corporate style of trying to impress while leaving doubts they may be hiding what is going on, which I fear occurs in the bigger chain estate agents, quite often). She was not in such a hurry to find just anyone who will pay the requested price, but took care to check out trustworthiness and was quick to inform me when she had uncertainties about a prospective tenant, allowing me to decide whether to proceed. But also she would not dismiss a prospective client for unfair reasons. While it may have meant we were not quickly successful, it has ensured I can be confident about the tenants being good, reliable and hopefully long term tenants. The rest of the team seem to be equally professional. Potter and Ford provide a superb service that I would fully recommend.
