I Was asked to wear a mask, I explained my medical condition and she said next time I will refuse to serve you. She should look on the gov.co.uk I did not have to give her a reason, I explained I would need money for shopping from my book and i then said i will have to move to another bank , she relied oh well then . I have reported her and now i have to travel over to wycombe .Not forgetting I waited 45 minutes out side whilst they saw to one customer yes one customer took 45 minutes.Very poor service.I have now switched to Halifax

A small branch YES . Only two tills YES. Occasionally one can pay a cheque in at the side desk when a member of staff is not busy.As for customer service. I have been going to the branch 3 to 4 times a week for the last 24 years . I have seen many staff come and go and ALL have been very kind and helpfull.Yes they have periods when the line of customers is going to the door and sometimes even outside but it is not their fault. There is always a reason for only one team member on the till.I hope this branch of a Nationwide is here in another 24 years.

Not enough cashiers to serve the customers and whenever i go in there to pay cash in my account , i get looked at by them as if ive just robbed the cash LOL will go to another branch in future also have now taken my money from this bank account as they put a stop on my card without my permission because i was overdrawn once, so now have taken my business elsewhere.

A very small branch in the heart of the town. The door is step free, then two steps up inside. There is a platform type wheelchair lift inside if needed, although I doubt it's suitable for prams.
There is counter service and a cash point available inside and outside.
There is also a computer terminal available for doing online banking if you need it.
It seems quite a quiet branch, which is probably as well, as there's not a lot of space inside.
I didn't need to speak to anyone while I was there, but have heard from others they are a friendly bunch.
If you like cosy banking, this is the place for you.
