Met a friend for a coffee, I thought I would treat my friend because she had broken her leg. The service was good and the drinks were nice but shame about the atmosphere and the harassment I got from the staff. My daughter and her friend were sitting drinking their drinks and because my daughter had ADHD she finds it hard to keep still at the table, her feet are all over the place but she sat with her friend quietly. The member of staff came over to tell me to tell our children to keep their feet off the chairs & tables. Which at the time they weren?t but I must admit at one point they were but I told my daughter to keep her feet off the seats. Then the second time another member of staff told me to get the children to take off their shoes! I was astounded by this. I?ve been to many Costa coffee shops before and never had a problem. I will definitely not be coming to this shop again.

I've been drinking my coffee there for a long time, but from Nesca they won't go there, they don't have anyone's service, my wife and I won't go there anymore for cold coffee, and after I told him they started laughing

Experience in costa has not been the same since new manage and staff have been there it makes you feel you don't want to go in there anymore and I have been going there ever since it opened

Cavernous place, tiled floor, clinical atmosphere. Drinks and food are alright, all in all kinda what one expects from a multinational concern owned by Coca Cola.

Today 11/01/2024 at around 8.45am I visited costa coffee, the guy who was making the coffee today was extremely rude, he couldnt operate the till for a few seconds when there was an error and he began swearing, this is not the first time, he is in fact always rude and arrogant. I was leaning on the counter where they pass the coffee to the customer and while i was talking on the phone he even told me to back off.

I know it?s Saturday but I found just a few choices of treats displayed. It?s quite busy so the staff should restore to let people order what they want.Apart from that, very good coffee and good food, love Costa brand!
