The cream in the bun is soft and airy. The bread is a bit tough tho it requires improvement. Tables could use a wipe. Friendly staff!!

The staff are quite friendly and cheerful these days - and they were not always - and the coffee is nice even though all these coffee places are pretty expensive in my opinion. I haven't tried the food.
The state of the place is sorely in need of a complete refurb though. The staff keep it clean, but it's been the same interior for a good twenty years and it really shows. The atmosphere is relaxed, but it could be a lot better if the interior felt a little less exhausted and was made a bit more cosy with some soft furnishings to absorb some of the sound.
Update. They got a new shop sign. Yay.
Wheelchair accessibility: No problem for wheelchair access provided someone is kind enough to hold the door.

Large Cafe on 2 floors with good views of Chesham Town centre. A few outside seats & tables.
Dog friendly & good place to sit back for a while.
Decent coffees & teas & cakes & pastries.

Once again! the dish washer has broken down and so coffee in paper cups & still at exorbitant prices. Surely there should be a discount for this bad service .

Food selection was good and this is a particularly nice Cafe Nero with the atmosphere maybe of an independent coffee shop rather than a chain .
