“A small branch YES . Only two tills YES. Occasionally one can pay a cheque in at the side desk when a member of staff is not busy.As for customer service. I have been going to the branch 3 to 4 times a week for the last 24 years . I have seen many staff come and go and ALL have been very kind and helpfull.Yes they have periods when the line of customers is going to the door and sometimes even outside but it is not their fault. There is always a reason for only one team member on the till.I hope this branch of a Nationwide is here in another 24 years.”
