When I went in for my eye test I was looked after super well. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and kind. I was really looked after and cared for with all my questions answered and advice given too! O got the best option for me offered and had a good experience ?

I managd to get an appointment on the same day to visit the optician. The care was very good and customer service excellent. I left feeling reassured and that I had been well looked after. I would definitely recommend the service.

Your staff are wonderful & if I had only had to deal with them you would have got 5 stars. However your online booking system gets a zero rating. I booked online, had a text and email confirmation but when I went for my appointment, it wasn't on the system so I had a completely wasted journey. I'd had to wait weeks for a 9am joint lenses & sight test appointment and then the system "lost" it. Your staff managed to juggle appointments & fitted me in later in the day but it disrupted my entire plans for the day. In summary 5 stars for you staff, zero stars for your online booking which I will NEVER use again.
