Generally a bit cheaper than others in the area, and all staff are really helpful- I came in today to drop off a parcel, and the woman behind the counter was very helpful- I am disabled and can't really hoist things to pass over the counter, so she let me come around the side and do it that way, despite it being a bit out of her way.

Female member of staff:Rude, obnoxious, unsympathetic, arrogant.....I could continue.... In fact, I will.... Dismissive, unfeeling, self-centered, judgemental, self-important....jobsworth.Male staff (all of them):Helpful, polite, respectful, attentive, sympathetic, empathetic, friendly and overall.... Very nice people!My wife is disabled and in need of an emergency "comfort stop", we entered the forecourt.Health and safety is a priority and being respectful of there being a tanker delivery (live fuel/fire/explosion risk) I parked well-clear of the fuel delivery valves and said tanker.My wife went to seek refuge and the male staff were really lovely and helpful to find her comfort... We thank them for that.Meanwhile, the female member of staff came out to me and asked me to leave the forecourt by shouting: "You go...you go now...".Having told me there's no bathroom and not believing that my wife was in the non existent bathroom... She continued to shout: "You go...you go ...". I think you get the picture.My wife returned from the non existent bathroom, said how lovely the male staff were and we left. I advised my wife that the female member of staff could do with a few lessons in manners, customer service and showing empathy to a disabled person. Oh and..... I'll leave her a bad review.We continued our journey with a smile and it didn't ruin our already stressful visit to Hillingdon hospital.To the female member of staff.....Think twice before you judge and risk assess before you rant unnecessarily.

This is an Independant (which is very rare) petrol / gas station. During the fuel crisis, this station had petrol available more times than any of the neighboing businesses. I also noticed that when this station had long queues, the staff went out and spoke to the customers and assisted customers to getting on and off the forecourt.
